Our semestral break had already ended…………………………I started this semestral break happy and I ended this sad because there is already a class and I am not yet ready. Our semestral break includes the all saints and all souls day.

Every year at the first day of November, we celebrate the All Saints Day. This is the day were we commemorate our departed loved ones. A special Holiday were family’s gathered together to visit the tombs of their loved ones to the cemetery.

Last Nov.1, All Saints Day like all families used to do to celebrate the occasion, we went to the cemetery with my family to visit the tomb of our departed members. We lighted candles, bring some flowers and offer some prayers. We also attend and offer a mass to them. We also did the ilocano tradition called “attang”

What we did is just a simple way of remembering our departed love ones, but I know they are happy because what important is we remember them. In a simple way we have shown to them our lo0ve even though they are already away to us.
